Beyond the Highlight Reel: 6 Week Workshop

Begins June 18: Thursdays at 6pm

Beyond the Highlight Reel is a 6-week guided group experience for young adults searching for purpose, meaning, and a deeper sense of peace in a world that rewards performance and comparison. Rooted in the research behind Arthur C. Brooks’ work on happiness and meaning, this workshop invites you to step back from the noise of perfectionism and curated living to ask the questions that actually matter: Who am I when no one’s watching? What do I actually want? Co-facilitated by Tiffany Wild (LPC) and Sydney Walker, sessions meet every Thursday at 6 PM starting June 18 in a small, intentional cohort of no more than 15 people. Each week builds on the last, moving through topics like the meaning crisis, authentic identity, and reclaiming agency, so you leave with more than insight. You leave with a practice. Includes a workbook and journal prompts. Starting at $275 with payment plans available.
This workshop is for you if you’ve hit a milestone you worked hard for and still felt empty. If you’re high-functioning on the outside but quietly exhausted on the inside. If you scroll through other people’s lives and come away feeling behind, less than, or just… unclear about your own. If you’ve been chasing a version of success that doesn’t quite feel like yours anymore. If you’re craving purpose, alignment, and peace, this is where you start. You’ll leave with real tools and practices to help you stay grounded when the noise of modern life tries to pull you back in.

Boundaries in Relationships Workshop
with Sonja Meyrer

Next Workshop: Check Back Fall 2026

This six-hour, highly interactive workshop explores the role of boundaries in creating healthier, more balanced relationships. Together, we will examine the patterns that lead us to overextend, fix, or take responsibility for others, often at the expense of our own wellbeing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these dynamics develop and learn to recognize when boundaries have become unclear or difficult to maintain.

Through guided discussion and practical exercises, you will learn to identify your own needs within relationships, set clear and respectful boundaries, and develop tools such as detachment and self-care to foster greater clarity and emotional steadiness. Designed and facilitated by Sonja Meyrer, Certified Professional Recovery Coach, this workshop offers both expert guidance and a supportive environment for meaningful reflection and growth. In a small group setting, participants often find not only insight, but connection and encouragement as they begin to approach relationships with greater intention.

$150 for one person or $275 per couple (use coupon code DOUBLEBOOK)
