Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor and former business executive who re-careered into the helping world of counseling. She works with adolescents, young adults, individuals, premarital and married couples, and business leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate & Community Wellness from John Brown University and a Master’s in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary.

Tiffany helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, career concerns, life transitions, breakups, infidelity, boundary repair, work–life balance, and relational disconnection. She also provides executive coaching and support for team communication and cohesion.

Her approach is collaborative, integrative, and strengths-based. Tiffany is certified with PDP Global and enjoys helping clients improve communication, work through conflict, and create meaningful personal and professional change. She is passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for deep healing and lasting growth.

Outside of counseling, Tiffany enjoys time with her husband of 26 years. She has two dogs; one of her dogs is a golden retriever named Lewey, who often comes to work with her upon request. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, volunteering as a youth leader, and serving on a local St. Louis nonprofit board.
