Rebecca is a compassionate counselor who works with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation and relationship concerns. She has experience supporting clients with low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and difficulty managing intense emotions.
Rebecca is DBT-informed and integrates skills-based, evidence-informed approaches such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance to help clients build coping skills and improve emotional awareness. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected and supported.
Her work often focuses on anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and interpersonal challenges. Rebecca is committed to meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Rebecca believes therapy works best as a collaborative process. She partners with clients to set meaningful goals, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting growth and emotional well-being.
