Paige Schmittling

Provisionally Licensed (PLPC)

Paige received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri and is currently licensed as a PLPC. Paige provides services to individual late adolescents, teens, and adults. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. She services a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and life transitions.

Paige specializes in sports-psychology, mental performance, and athlete-wellbeing. As a former college athlete, she understands the struggles of balancing academics, social life, athletics, and mental health.

Paige is dedicated to de-stigmatizing mental health in athletics and providing a safe space where people can be themselves and learn how to set themselves up for success.
