Eating disorders are complex and body image can cause significant distress. Anxiety, Celiac disease and depression can feel isolating and hopeless. Sometimes it can be hard to find your identity as an athlete, outside of your sport or find your joy again. You do not have to figure it all out on your own.

Lexi is passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, athletes, anxiety, depression, Celiac disease and sensory difficulties. She brings a genuine, calm, and compassionate presence to therapy, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for preteens, teens and adults. She believes that healing begins with feeling seen, understood and supported along with some humor.

Lexi is a former professional ballet dancer and is a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in eating disorder informed yoga. She has five years of experience working in eating disorder treatment centers at the residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. In these roles, she supported adolescents and adults through treatment, providing meal support, facilitating groups and offering overall support across the recovery experience. Lexi currently serves on the board of NetworkED, a professional organization of eating disorder providers dedicated to improving the care and treatment of people with eating disorders. Through this role, she remains actively engaged in professional collaboration and continued learning within the eating disorder treatment community.

Reaching out can be scary, but it is incredibly brave. I strive to meet you where you are without judgement. It is okay to need support in any season of life and even if it feels like it, it is not too late to seek help. I would be honored to join you on your journey towards healing. I do not believe that you have to want to get better, but you do have to choose to do something different.

Session Rates:

• $120 for individual counseling
• $135 for sessions related to eating disorders/body image
