Grace Archambault

Graduate Student Intern

Life is full of unexpected challenges, from career uncertainties to personal losses; evolving relationships to managing anxiety and depression. Grace believes in the beauty that emerges from overcoming these obstacles. She values the relationships in her life above all and loves being someone people feel comfortable sharing their interpersonal world with.

Grace aims to provide a supportive space where you can express your pain, sadness, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and fear, knowing that no one understands YOU better than YOU. Through exploration of ourselves and our lives in a safe, trusting environment, we gain understanding, make meaning, and heal—allowing the chance for us to define who we are, instead of our adversities defining us.

Grace is currently studying at Lindenwood University with plans to graduate mid-2026. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate their unique paths and find strength in their stories.
