Grace Adams

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Grace provides counseling service to individuals, teens, couples, and families presenting with behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, self- harming behaviors, grief, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and self esteem.

As a counselor, she has worked in different counseling settings and has experience one-on-one, in addition to family, couples, and teen counseling.

She has worked with those hurting from addiction and their families in recovery centers. Grace is passionate about knowing people well in the midst of pain. She invites clients to come experience a safe place to tell their stories of pain and loss, while exploring what joy and hope can look like for them. Grace believes everyone is worthy of being loved and cared for, and uses a variety of interventions, including play, expressive art activities, music therapy, and role play techniques.
