Gianna Grettler

Graduate Student Intern

I am a graduate student therapist at Chesterfield Counseling Associates, currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are and sharing their experiences. I believe feeling understood and supported is an important part of the therapeutic process.

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral strategies. I aim to meet clients where they are, while helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

My work often focuses on anxiety, depression, stress, and mood-related concerns, as well as challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am especially interested in supporting clients as they navigate emotional challenges, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
