Cole is a dedicated and compassionate counselor specializing in couples and adolescent therapy. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, he brings freshness as well as understanding as he helps people explore the complexities of relationships and the unique challenges faced by kids and teens today.

Passionate about fostering open communication and emotional growth, Cole uses evidence based approaches to help couples navigate conflict, enhance intimacy and strengthen their connection. For teens, he provides a place to explore their emerging understanding of themselves, manage anxiety, and build resilience. He helps all clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Cole’s goal is to collaborate with clients to develop practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, fostering lasting positive change. He is committed to guiding clients toward healthier relationships and personal empowerment, helping them create meaningful changes in their lives.
