Brooke Riggles

Life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes the path forward can feel overwhelming or unclear. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will explore practical strategies that help you move toward your goals and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment concerns, family separation and adjustment, major life changes, career and work-related concerns, burnout prevention, self-esteem, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients develop greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness while strengthening their relationships with themselves and others.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University and hold Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology and Psychology. Additionally, I obtained a Certificate in Child Forensic Psychology from Missouri State University. My education and clinical training have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences.

Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of yourself.
