Sarah Rinker

Sarah approaches the therapeutic relationship with an empathetic and holistic perspective, aiming to walk alongside clients while allowing them to guide the process at their own pace. Her goal is to empower and foster independence within those she works with, helping clients navigate their challenges and reach their goals for personal growth.  

Sarah is experienced in working with clients ages (13+) including adults, seniors, and couples. Her areas of interest include but are not limited to, grief, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, career and life transitions, and relationship issues. 

Currently studying at Lindenwood University with plans to graduate mid-2025, Sarah previously earned her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in 2020.
