You made it this far, and that is something to be very proud of. You’re considering counseling, and that's a courageous step toward understanding and healing. 

Austin specializes in working with adult individuals, couples, and families struggling with the pain of sex and pornography addiction, trauma, and spiritual abuse. Austin also enjoys working with those who are affected by other addictive and compulsive patterns of behavior (video games, spending, alcohol, drugs, etc.), other forms of abuse and neglect, self-harm, depression, and anxiety. Austin uses a holistic approach, empathizing and valuing the whole person with a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and Gestalt therapy.
